ubuntu 20.04 配置 Flir Blackfly S BFS-U3-16S2C 工业相机:安装spinnaker sdk和spinnaker_camera_driver
第一步:创建spinnaker_ws工作空间和源代码spinnaker_ws/src
第二步:进入spinnaker_ws/src,下载spinnaker sdk和spinnaker_camera_driver

第三步:安装spinnaker sdk
解压 Spinnaker-2.2.0.48-Linux.zip,
将 Spinnaker-2.2.0.48-Linux/x64_focal/spinnaker-2.2.0.48-amd64-pkg/spinnaker-2.2.0.48-amd64复制到spinnaker_ws/src中,
进入spinnaker_ws/src/spinnaker-2.2.0.48-amd64
输入:
sudo sh install_spinnaker.sh
安装提示安装即可
将BFS-U3-16S2C相机用USB连接电脑
点击SpinView图标,查看spinview能否显示设备:
USB Interface 0 显示 No Devices Detect...,说明设备没连接成功,是USB权限问题,修改ruls解决:
cd /etc/udev/rules.d
sudo gedit 40-flir-spinnaker.rules
将40-flir-spinnaker.rules中的
SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTRS{idVendor}=="1e10",GROUP="flirimaging"
改为
SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTRS{idVendor}=="1e10", ATTRS{idProduct}=="4000", MODE:="0777",GROUP="flirimaging"
拔掉USB 重新插上即可
第四步:安装spinnaker_camera_driver
安装依赖:
sudo apt install libunwind-dev ros-noetic-cv-bridge ros-noetic-image-transport
进入spinnaker_ws/src
输入:
git clone https://github.com/neufieldrobotics/spinnaker_camera_driver.git
退到工作空间spinnaker_ws,输入:
catkin_make
此时会报错,要改的的地方包括:参考链接
注意:运行时候可能出现的问题
1、用rviz显示视频
输入:
rviz
报错:rviz: /opt/spinnaker/lib/libQt5Core.so.5: version `Qt_5.9' not found (required by rviz)
原因:/opt/spinnaker/lib/下的libQt5*与系统安装的libQt5*版本不一致
先查看系统安装的libQt5*版本,输入:
qmake -version
显示:
QMake version 3.1
Using Qt version 5.9.5 in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu
输入:
cd /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu
ls | grep libQt5
显示:
再查看/opt/spinnaker/lib/下的libQt5*,输入:
cd /opt/spinnaker/lib/
ls | grep libQt5libQt5Core.so
显示:
可见系统安装的libQt5*版本为5.9,/opt/spinnaker/lib/下的libQt5*版本为5.7
解决办法:把系统安装的libQt5*拷贝给/opt/spinnaker/lib/
首先,删除/opt/spinnaker/lib/下的libQt5*
输入:
sudo rm /opt/spinnaker/lib/libQt5*
然后,拷贝/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/下的libQt5*到/opt/spinnaker/lib/
输入:
sudo cp /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libQt5* /opt/spinnaker/lib/
最后用rviz和rqt_image_view验证
输入:
rviz
或者
rqt_image_view
不报错则完成
2、图像颜色通常是黑白(默认),在spinnaker_camera_driver的launch文件中进行更改:
打开spinnaker_ws/src/spinnaker_camera_driver/launch/acquisition.launch,将default="false"改成default="true"
